All creative content, including photos and videos, remains the intellectual property of TheStoneSyndrome unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon retainer payment. Retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. - Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver all final edited media within 7 to 10 days. However, delays may occur due to equipment issues, editing complexity, or peak season workload. - Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits, venue access, and model or guest releases when required. - Limitation of Liability
TheStoneSyndrome’s total liability is limited to the amount paid under the service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. - Policy Updates
